Team
When you have the right team behind you, magic can happen.

Raze’s process has helped an undrafted defenseman achieve a Norris Trophy. It also enabled a goaltender, who cleared waivers twice, to win the Vezina and Hart trophies the following year—contributing to a total of two Harts and six Vezinas.
Plus, a forward bought out by his at the end of a season when opportunity eluded him to playing 11 more years and recording 95 points a few years later. Magic that happens when a player and agent focus on optimizing player performance.
Leadership
We have ex-NHLers, Lawyers, Marketing experts, mentors, current players, business executives, financial professionals. Truly an amazing team of people that have a love and passion for the players of this game.

Ritch Winter
Chief Executive Officer – NHLPA Certified Agent

Ritch Winter is one of the most successful and respected player agents in hockey and has proven his commitment to hockey players time and time again. Ritch’s expertise lies in helping players create strategic goals to generate more production, more opportunity, and more money. He’s also a visionary creating unprecedented ways for players to progress their careers, generate significant revenue, and orchestrate a life after hockey that could potentially be more lucrative than their life in hockey.
Ritch Winter has played a pivotal role in advocating for NHL players rights, particularly in reforming the NHL Players Association (NHLPA) and recovering misappropriated pension funds for retired players. While specific page numbers from books are not readily available, several reputable sources highlight his significant contributions:
1. Reforming the NHLPA:
Campaign Against Alan Eagleson: Winter, alongside Herb Pinder and Ron Salcer, was instrumental in the campaign that led to the resignation of former NHLPA Executive Director Alan Eagleson in 1992 and his subsequent conviction for defrauding clients.
Ousting Ted Saskin: In 2007, Winter assisted Chris Chelios in removing NHLPA director Ted Saskin following allegations of email monitoring.
2. Recovering Pension Funds for Retired Players:
Legal Advocacy: In 1990, Carl Brewer, Gordie Howe, and Bobby Hull sought Winter’s assistance to recover pension funds that the NHL had withdrawn. Winter’s leadership led to a $50 million judgment in favor of the players.
Based in Edmonton, Ritch is married to Cindy. He has five children: Joel, Tessa, Britlyn, Alana and Alexa and nine grandchildren: Brooke, Sammy, Max, Taeya, Jayla, Jack, Isabel, Sophie and Charlie. Inducted into the National Sports Agent Hall of Fame in 2024, Ritch recently completed his Artificial Intelligence Certificate at MIT and continues his quest to improve the prospects for players through advocacy, innovation and an unbridled passion for the people who turn to him for advice and guidance.
